Mor Schlesinger is a lecturer, author, executive and career coach, and technology manager with over three decades of experience in leading global research, development, and innovation. She has served as an entrepreneur and VP of Development, from the founding stages of startups to the role of Director of Engineering at Google, where she led the development of complex AI systems for emergency and climate situations. Alongside her professional roles, Mor has been actively promoting women in tech, founded and led women's communities at Google, and works to create integration and training pathways for women in the industry. After years in key positions in the tech world, Mor chose to combine her rich managerial background, training in neuroscience, and studies in Buddhism to help managers, leaders, and organizations successfully navigate the digital and AI era. Her unique lectures and workshops, including "Own Your Story" and "The Power of Us," offer a fascinating bridge between technological excellence, systemic thinking, and community building. These contents are particularly tailored and popular among women's audiences and female leadership forums in organizations, providing practical tools for building resilience, finding meaning, and human connection that no technology can replace.
